DIRECTIONS TO KILLEGAR From KILLESHANDRA: take the Carrigallen road and turn right after one mile, signposted to Killegar. Three miles further on you come to the Church of Ireland on your right and opposite are the gates to Killegar. The house is one mile along this avenue. From CARRIGALLEN: take the road marked to Ballinamore/Mohill and turn right past the Carrigallen Mart, right again after Drumeela, right again at Longfield, left after the bridge till you come to the Church of Ireland on your left and opposite are the gates to Killegar. The house is one mile along this avenue. From BALLYCONNELL: take the road signposted to Killeshandra but keep straight on for seven miles (ignoring signs to turn left for Killeshandra) until you come to a T-intersection signposted to Killeshandra on the left and Carrigallen on the right. Take the right and immediate left turn for Carrigallen direction. Three miles down this road you take a turn to the left, just before Drumeela Chapel. A mile on, turn right over the bridge at Longfield and immediately left for Killegar. A mile further on you come to the Church of Ireland on your left and opposite are the gates to Killegar. The house is one mile along this avenue. From NEWTOWNGORE: take the road for Killeshandra. Three miles out of Newtowngore, take the right turn signposted to Carrigallen. Three miles down this road you take a turn to the left, just before Drumeela Chapel. A mile on, turn right over the bridge at Longfield and immediately left for Killegar. A mile further on you come to the Church of Ireland on your left and opposite are the gates to Killegar. The house is one mile along this avenue. From BALLINAMORE: head towards Newtowngore and follow the directions given above. |
